| Wednesday 28 February, 2019 | Full and Final Payments Due (by 5pm FJT) 50% cancellation fees apply after 22nd February (from 5pm FJT) |
| Friday 15 March, 2019 | Appointment Preferences go live Full payment required for access |
| Friday 5 April, 2019 | Appointment Preferences Close 100% Cancellation fees apply |
| Friday 13 April, 2019 | Meeting Schedules go live |
| Friday 3 May, 2019 | Meeting Schedules Close NB: Delegates can no longer cancel any meetings from this date |
