| Friday 15 March, 2019 | Appointment Preferences go live Full payment required for access |
| Friday 5 April, 2019 | Appointment Preference Close 100% Cancellation fees apply |
| Friday 12 April, 2019 | Meeting Schedules go live |
| Friday 3 May, 2019 | Meeting Schedules Close NB: Delegates can no longer cancel any meetings from this date |
| Monday 6 May, 2019 | Final Meeting Schedules are available for reviewing |
